By using the Superhome website and license service, you agree to the terms below.

The service

Superhome provides gesture-control home-automation software and an associated license service. The software is currently in beta and is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. The source code is public on GitHub and subject to the license stated there.

Accounts & licenses

A license requires an account, created through our authentication provider. You are responsible for activity under your account. Licenses are personal and may not be resold without authorization.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service for unlawful purposes, not to attempt to circumvent the licensing mechanisms, and not to interfere with the operation of the infrastructure.

No warranty · Limitation of liability

The software and service are provided without warranty. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Superhome project is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from use of the software or service.
